Regardless of where a person currently stands mentally or in life, I believe they have the ability to take control of their destiny and steer their life in the direction that aligns with their values.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive atmosphere where clients can feel understood and express their feelings and thoughts without judgment. I help individuals discover their inner resources, develop effective strategies for meeting their needs and achieving their goals — all within a trusting and collaborative environment using evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods.
I offer counseling in Ukrainian, English, and Greek.
