Methods Used in Our Center
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) – The most researched and evidence-based therapy, especially effective for diagnosed depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, and other Axis I disorders.
Schema Therapy – Recommended for personality disorders and childhood-related issues. Demonstrates the highest evidence-based effectiveness for borderline personality disorder.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – A leading method for treating trauma and significant loss.
RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories) – A short-term therapy (3-5 sessions) for single-event trauma. If you are experiencing symptoms like poor sleep, flashbacks, or avoidance after a traumatic event, RTM has proven effectiveness.
EFT/EFiT (Emotionally Focused Therapy/Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) – Therapies focused on attachment development. EFT is for couples, while EFiT is for individuals. Based on John Bowlby’s attachment theory and Sue Johnson’s research, this method is highly effective, particularly in couples therapy. It applies to romantic partners as well as parent-child relationships, close friendships, and other attachment-based connections.
ADHD Management Program – CBT-based training programs designed for individuals with ADHD. These are 10-week structured courses aimed at developing skills for managing ADHD symptoms.
