We are a team of evidence-based therapists who work under constant supervision and pursue accreditation in the methods they are mastering. Our commitment to high-quality, scientifically validated approaches ensures that you receive a service that truly matches its name. Your therapist will regularly review their approach with a supervisor and carefully guide you in choosing the best path forward.

Method Selection
Just as a dentist doesn’t treat the heart and a cardiologist doesn’t work on your spine, therapists also have specializations. Of course, like doctors, we have general expertise, but over time, we develop in specific methods and areas that require deeper knowledge.
We have our own algorithm for selecting a therapist, which will help you avoid the struggle of choosing, searching for criteria, and provide you with a clear understanding of how to navigate this complex field.
Appointment Booking
We offer you two ways to book a session: a simple and an advanced option. For the simple option, you can just fill out a questionnaire. For the advanced option, we will share our selection algorithm with you. You can complete short and easy tests, allowing us to tailor the therapist selection individually to your needs. This way, the process will be more personalized and aligned with your request. Plus, you'll get a little glimpse into the "behind-the-scenes" of our center.

Social Responsibility and Volunteer Programs
Currently, each specialist offers a limited number of sessions at a reduced rate. For individuals affected by war-related trauma, two permanent slots are available for a 10-session trauma therapy program using the RTM method. In 2024, a program for military families is planned.

Donation-Based Access to the Self-Guided Course "Order in the Head"
30% of proceeds go to the NGO "Women's Veteran Movement".
This permanently available video course features CBT techniques taught by the center's founder, Olena Diveeva, in collaboration with her colleague Yuliya Tkachenko. The course includes scientifically validated tools and serves as an affordable option for self-help. While it does not replace therapy, it may help alleviate symptoms of depression or anxiety.
