I've worked as a psychotherapist for over 15 years. It's my passion, and I continue to learn and grow in my field. I firmly believe people can change — if they want to! I can particularly help individuals with ADHD, as I have this diagnosis myself and have mastered ADHD management programs.

Currently, I'm deeply interested in the global rise of narcissism and would love to work with individuals diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder who have decided to change. I truly want to believe that, as humanity, we can overcome this parasitic model and heal into a healthier society.
Some clients might find it important to know I'm a feminist and a long-time atheist. However, I fully respect different perspectives. I share this because I believe people, when possible, choose therapists whose values align with theirs. Although, in my opinion, the therapeutic method itself is more important. I resonate with our center’s motto: "Stay in reality." And I would add:
"Let's make this reality better — healthy individuals → healthy communities → a healthy country → a healthy world."
